great location helpful staff complimentary drinks poor coffee spa maintenance limited choice
The location was GREAT. The breakfast was VERY nice. I appreciated that complimentary alcoholic drinks were available from 6pm to 11pm. The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout my stay.
The coffee was not good. There were many coffee machines, but they were all identical and did not produce high-quality coffee. The spa was disappointing and it needs maintenance SOON. The food options for children were very limited.

helpful staff attentive attitude poor coffee spa maintenance
the staff was very nice and always so helpful. reception and dining room staff were excellent and always accommodating! the breakfast was quite good. it had a great view and the service here too mirrored the overall attentive and friendly attitude found throughout the hotel.
i found the hotel fine although probably aimed at families rather than adult groups. the spa was disappointing and in need of maintenance. the coffee quality was poor! many coffee machines are available but all identical and not great.

fabulous stay!
sauna steam room ski lift kind staff
breakfast killed it! dinner? even better! the sauna and steam room? totally rejuvenating. the staff was super kind. it's so close to the ski lift! i could practically roll out of bed and onto the slopes. it will be my first choice next time.
i found the drinks were in paper cups during the day! it felt kinda basic. i would have loved real glasses.

hard bread limited menu
I found a few things disappointing. the breakfast bread was hard. It seemed like rocks. i also noticed the children's menu lacked options. it was quite limited and didn't offer much flexibility, a plain pasta was difficult to arrange.

good location friendly staff hard bread limited options
the location was very good , close to restaurants and shops. the staff were nice and friendly , and the tvs in the rooms worked well.
the bread served was often hard. plain pasta was not an option for children.
